Gordionet is the exclusive Italian distribution partner for iTAS Technology Corporation of Taiwan, launched in 2007 by the Broadband Products Division of C-COM Corporation.
Its professional approach and development of innovative products has favoured the significant growth of iTAS in the Asian, Russian, Indian and Middle-Eastern markets.
Thanks to expertise acquired over TDM - IP and in DSL access, iTAS is able to offer a product portfolio of IP DSLAM and CPE with ADSL, ADSL 2, ADSL 2+, G.SHDSL interfaces, including the latest evolution of G.SHDSL.bis and VDSL2.
The PAMSPAN 501x family of routers represents one of the key G.SHDSL.bis products with symmetric data rates of 5.69 / 11.38 / 17.07 / 22.76 Mbps respectively over 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 copper pairs.
The aggregation of data traffic allows an elevated transmission capacity over copper pairs using EFM (Ethernet in the First Mile) Bonding or ATM M-pair (G.Bond).
PAMSPAN 501x can operate both as a CPE and a CO Central Office LAN extension, or can be connected to a IP DSLAM G.SHDSL / G.SHDSL.bis.
Also part of this latter group are the innovative IP DSLAM, G.SHDSL.bis IPS-24E, VDSL2 IPV-24S suitable for FTTB and the 24/48 ports IPAM-4800.
G.SHDSL.bis technology is ideal for triple-play (voice, data, video) broadband symmetric IP data traffic and for Mobile GSM / UMTS Backhauling between BTS / NodeB Radio Access Nodes and BSC / RNC Radio Control.
Are furthermore available CPE Ethernet and TDM over IP on G.SHDSL.bis, such as PAMSPAN 501xEy with Pseudowires technology (PW, IETF, PWE3) allowing transmission of TDM Legacy services (E1, FE1, V.35, etc.) over IP, MPLS, Ethernet broadband networks.
Pseudowires highly advanced data packeting and incapsulating techniques for TDM such as CESoPSN (Circuit Emulation Service over PSN Packet Switching Networks) and SAToP (Structure Agnostic TDM over Packet), allow the reduction of latency and jitter, compensate frame and sequence loss caused by congestion and IP routing, and regenerate clock synchronization.
It is therefore possible to continue utilizing a TDM Legacy system adapting the transmission over IP networks, to maintain TDM PSTN revenues continuing to make the most of investments carried out, to reduce the Capex Opex, with well-defined benefits and ROI for Enterprise, Mobile Wireless (substitution of expensive E1/T1 Leased Lines with Backhauling Ethernet), ILEC CLEC Carriers.
iTAS produces IP DSLAM MSAN (Multiple Service Access Node) ADSL/ADSL2/ADSL2+, in the two versions SN-6900 and SN-6500.
The iTAS systems are extremely competitively priced and offer features among the best on the market in terms of Modularity, Scalability, advanced GUI Management, QoS, Safety, VLAN, Layer x Switch, MAC and IP addressing, DSL Bonding, with IEEE - ETSI - ITU - T - ANSI - IEFT - RFC Standard Compliance.
For TLC, ISP, NSP, OEM - ODM-OBM, Enterprise operators, the systems' features can be adapted for additional development or customization.
